Applications addressing the workforce solutions include talent assessment and management, recruiting experienced and campus candidates; people lifecycle management; time and attendance tracking; eLearning solutions; and reporting and analytic solutions required to meet MIS and divisional needs.
Role/Summary: Senior Technology Manager - Talent Management Technology
As a manager on the HR Technology global team, you will be responsible for leading the Talent Assessment and Development team, which is a strategic and foundational platform at the core of our Talent Management function. The scope of the program will also include the design and implementation of the Talent Management application to be used by employees, managers and HR professionals, focusing on intuitive interface design. The role requires previous experience implementing Talent Management systems with a deep functional understanding of the associated HR functional processes. You will closely interact with senior HR and Technology Management to communicate project status, risks and issues. Thought leadership required to interact with the HR business areas to understand the functional requirements for the initial implementation as well as ongoing enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications • Minimum 15+ years of experience managing technical Talent Management implementations.
